How to use this venue guide
You can search for suitable venues in the following ways
- Hotel Group Venues
To search for a particular hotel group use the drop-down box to list hotel groups in the UK and Ireland.
- Local Venues
Alternatively, you can search by venue name, city, town or postcode. Using the postcode search is ideal if you are looking for hotels and venues close to a known address.
- Venue Size
To search for all venues which are suitable for certain group sizes - enter the number of delegates in the `delegate box' and click search. This will return venues by county and then town.
- All UK and Ireland Venues
To search for all UK and Ireland venues, use the country buttons listed on the left-hand side. This will take you to county then town. All venues within a 20-mile radius of each town will be displayed. The 'List of Cities' link takes you to a complete list of cities in the UK and Ireland. Choose your city and review the comprehensive display of hotels and venues.
With all searches you can create a short-list of suitable venue options, send them to Hotel Desk and we will then contact those venues on your behalf for availability and rates.
